Blastcraft Limited is an abrasive blasting and protective coating business based at 16 Shaw Street, Timaru. We collect and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

• Your name, phone number, email address and the address where work is to be carried out.
• Details of the job you have asked us to quote on or complete, including photographs of the item or site where relevant.
• Billing details and payment records.
• Basic, non-identifying information about how this website is used, such as which pages are visited.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, order coating products, invoice you, keep a record of what was done, and answer any follow-up questions about a job. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

4. How we collect it

Almost always directly from you, when you phone the workshop, email us, or talk to us in person or on site. This website has no contact form; enquiries reach us through the phone and email buttons on the contact section.

5. Who we share it with

• Suppliers and subcontractors, only where needed to complete your job.
• Our accountant and, where required, our bank, for invoicing and payment.
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

6. Storage and security

Records are held in our business systems and reasonable steps are taken to keep them secure and to limit access to the people who need it. Job records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, then removed.

7. Third-party services on this site

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, photographs from an image content delivery network, and an embedded Google Map. Those providers may record standard technical information such as an IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply to that information.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google Map, may set its own cookies.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected. Contact us by phone or email and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
